Generate a task plan
Turn your completed SRS into a dependency-ordered task backlog with one action.
Once your SRS is complete, Ragnarock can break it into a ready-to-execute task backlog — so you don't start from a blank board. Every feature in your SRS produces at least one task, organized by delivery phase.
Run the plan generator
You need a completed SRS first. Then start it either way:
Open Tasks and choose Generate Plan in the toolbar. (The button is enabled only when a completed SRS exists.)
In Ragnarock, type /plan. The generated plan previews in the right-hand panel,
grouped by phase. See Commands & actions.
Generation runs in the background. When it finishes, the new tasks appear on your Tasks board.
How the plan is organized
The generated tasks are spread across the five delivery phases so the work reads in a sensible order:
Discovery → Planning → Build → Test → Release
Each task is linked back to the feature it came from, which keeps your plan traceable to the requirements that justify it.
Generating a plan adds tasks — it doesn't replace your board. You can edit, reprioritize, assign, and reorder the generated tasks just like any others. See Tasks.
If Generate Plan is disabled, your SRS isn't complete yet. Finish the requirements session in Ragnarock first.
