Activity

The Activity page is a chronological record of what's happened in a project — document updates, member changes, task activity, integration syncs, and other notable events. It's the fastest way to answer "what changed, when, and who did it?"

Read the timeline

Each entry shows the action, the item it affected (its type and identifier), who did it, and when. Entries are listed newest first and paginated.

Filter the feed

Three controls help you narrow it down:

• Search — match an action, actor, or item.
• Entity type — show only one kind of item (for example, tasks or documents).
• Action filter — filter by the action itself (for example, task changes).

Common uses

• Onboard a teammate — point them here to catch up on recent project context quickly.
• Answer "what changed?" — find a recent update without opening every module.
• Trace an issue — line up a problem against recent task, document, or integration changes.
